Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness of using a guiding sheath to assist in the right atrial septal pacing with an active lead driven by a steel wire

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 持续性心房颤动； 2. 主动脉窦直径大于 40mm； 3. 已行房间隔封堵术或修补术； 4. 上腔静脉途径解剖异常； 5. 三尖瓣瓣膜术后； 6. 术前 14 天内存在严重肝肾功能不全； 7. 术前 14 天内已知或疑似活动性全身感染； 8. 术前 14 天内血小板计数<50,000 cell/mm^3； 9. 正在参加其他临床试验； 10. 预期寿命小于一年； 11. 妊娠和/或哺乳期妇女，或预期在研究期间内怀孕的受试者； 12. 研究者认为其它不适合参加临床试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Persistent atrial fibrillation; 2. The diameter of the aortic sinus is greater than 40mm; 3. Patients who have undergone atrial septal occlusion or repair; 4. Anatomic abnormalities in the superior vena cava pathway; 5. Post-tricuspid valve surgery; 6. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency within 14 days before surgery; 7. Known or suspected active systemic infection within 14 days before surgery; 8. Platelet count <50,000 cell/mm^3 within 14 days before surgery; 9. Participating in other clinical trials; 10. Life expectancy less than one year; 11. Pregnant and/or lactating women, or subjects who are expected to become pregnant during the study period; 12. Other individuals who, in the opinion of the researcher, are not suitable for participating in clinical trials;
