研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性队列研究，对PEEK颅骨修补结构重建及多层悬吊技术的应用价值作一综合评价，充分评估其安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a retrospective cohort study,it will perform a comprehensive evaluation of the application value of structural reconstruction in PEEK cranioplasty and the multi-layer suspension technique, and fully assess their safety and effectiveness.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.损部位皮肤有感染、广泛的疤痕组织或者局部血供不良； 2.患者有明显的高颅压症状； 3.凝血功能障碍； 4.依从性差，预计不能按照研究方案完成手术方案及治疗，影像学检查以及随访的患者； 5.其他任何原因，研究人员认为不适合入选的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Skin at the defect site with infection, extensive scar tissue, or poor local blood supply; 2. Patients with obvious symptoms of intracranial hypertension; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with poor compliance, who are expected to be unable to complete the surgical plan, treatment, imaging examinations, and follow-up in accordance with the study protocol; 5. Any other reasons deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the researchers.
