本研究旨在通过深入探索癫痫闭环电刺激治疗，显著提升对不同类型癫痫患者的治疗效果，尤其是针对难治性癫痫患者，有效降低癫痫发作频率，改善患者生活质量。同时，明确闭环电刺激治疗的最佳参数设置，实现个性化精准治疗，并全面评估长期使用该系统对大脑功能的影响，确保治疗的安全性和有效性。此外，深入研究闭环电刺激影响癫痫相关神经网络的神经生物学机制，精准识别癫痫发作前的特异性脑电生物标志物，为进一步优化治疗方案提供理论依据和技术支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to significantly improve the therapeutic effect on patients with different types of epilepsy by in-depth exploration of epilepsy closed-loop electrical stimulation, especially for patients with refractory epilepsy, effectively reduce the frequency of seizures and improve the quality of life of patients. At the same time, the optimal parameter setting of closed-loop electrical stimulation treatment should be clarified to achieve personalized precision treatment, and the effect of long-term use of the system on brain function should be comprehensively evaluated to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment. In addition, the neurobiological mechanism of closed-loop electrical stimulation affecting the neural network of epilepsy is further studied, and the specific EEG biomarkers before seizures are accurately identified, so as to provide theoretical basis and technical support for further optimizing the treatment plan.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有脑肿瘤或其他中枢神经退行性疾病； 2.脑部存在明显器质性改变； 3.严重认知功能障碍； 4.癫痫假性发作； 5.全面性或特殊类型的遗传性癫痫； 6.植入前6个月内接受过癫痫外科治疗性手术； 7.术前3个月内参加过其它临床试验； 8.已有精神疾患，不能按要求进行相关检查者； 9.其它严重躯体疾患或实验室检查肝、肾功能严重异常，影响随访者； 10.存在客观因素无法完成随访者（经济因素、交通因素等）； 11.筛选期实验室检查异常，或认为有临床上重要意义的其他实验室检查异常者； 12.不同意签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from brain tumors or other central nervous system degenerative diseases; 2. There are obvious organic changes in the brain; 3. Severe cognitive dysfunction; 4. Pseudo-epileptic seizures; 5. Generalized or special types of hereditary epilepsy; 6. Had undergone surgical treatment for epilepsy within 6 months before implantation; 7. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the operation; 8. Those who already have mental disorders and are unable to undergo relevant examinations as required; 9. Other serious physical disorders or severe abnormalities in liver and kidney functions as shown in laboratory tests, which affect the follow-up. 10. There are objective factors that prevent the completion of follow-up visits (such as economic factors, transportation factors, etc.); 11. Abnormal laboratory tests during the screening period, or other abnormal laboratory tests considered to be of clinical significance; 12. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.

我们使用 SPSS 软件中的随机数函数生成了随机化序列。根据预先设定的方案，按照入组顺序，将一系列随机数依次分配给入组的耐药患者，从而将他们随机分配至闭环 TIS 治疗组或闭环 TIS 假刺激组。

We generated the randomization sequence using the random number function in SPSS software. Based on a predefined protocol, a series of random numbers were sequentially assigned to enrolled drug-risistant patients in the order of their recruitment, thereby allocating them to either the Closed-loop TIS treatment group or Closed-loop TIS sham stimulation group.
