研究目的：

1. 心肌病（如扩心病、肥心病、心肌致密化不全、致心律失常性右室心肌病、限制性心肌病、克山病等）的临床预后及其危险因素； 2. 通过基因测序筛查和鉴定遗传性心律失常（如扩心病、肥心病、心肌致密化不全、致心律失常性右室心肌病、限制性心肌病、克山病等）新的致病基因。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The clinical prognosis and risk factors of cardiomyopathy (such as dialted cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,left ventricular myocardial insufficiency,arrhythmia-causing right ventricular cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy,keshan disease etc.); 2. New pathogenic genes of cardiomyopathy(such as dialted cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,left ventricular myocardial insufficiency,arrhythmia-causing right ventricular cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, keshan disease, etc.) were screened and identified by gene sequencing.
