研究目的：

1、有效防控骨质疏松症，减少骨质疏松性骨折发生率，对于减轻疾病对国民健康和社会经济的危害具有重要意义。 2、合并老年基础疾病对骨质疏松性压缩性骨折术后再骨折的影响分析至今仍为空白，对该临床项目的研究尤为重要、迫在眉睫。 3、根据分析的结果对该类患者进行临床干预，进一步研究分析干预后的疗效及其临床意义，为进一步治疗基础疾病，为降低预防术后椎体再骨折发生率提供依据，并指导临床实践，建立临床队列，创建临床数据库。 4、在治疗基础疾病同时，降低再骨折发生率，提高患者满意度，改善患者生活质量，有利于老年人健康管理，具有较重要的经济效益和社会效益。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Effectively preventing and controlling osteoporosis and reducing the incidence of osteoporotic fractures is of great significance for alleviating the impact of the disease on public health and the economy. 2. The analysis of the impact of comorbid chronic elderly diseases on postoperative re-fracture after osteoporotic compression fractures remains blank, making research on this clinical issue particularly important and urgent. 3. Based on the analysis results, clinical interventions can be implemented for such patients, with further research conducted to analyze the efficacy and clinical significance of these interventions. This provides a basis for further treatment of underlying diseases, reduces the incidence of postoperative vertebral re-fractures, guides clinical practice, establishes clinical cohorts, and creates clinical databases. 4. While treating underlying diseases, reducing the incidence of re-fractures, improving patient satisfaction, and enhancing quality of life is beneficial for elderly health management and carries significant economic and social benefits.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.明确因脊椎感染或原发肿瘤导致的病理性骨折；2.明确因高能量损伤导致再次椎体骨折；3.长期卧床患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathological fractures clearly attributable to spinal infection or primary tumours; 2.Subsequent vertebral fractures clearly resulting from high-energy trauma; 3.Patients requiring prolonged bed rest.

采用海泰系统收集经PVP/PKP手术的我院患者，筛选出合并老年基础疾病的临床资料，建立临床队列，创建临床数据库。

Utilising the Haitai system, we collected clinical data from patients at our hospital who underwent PVP/PKP surgery, screening for those with underlying geriatric conditions. A clinical cohort was established and a clinical database created.
