1.血糖调节:评估ACLS干预是否能显著改善受试者的血糖稳定性,减少血糖的剧烈波动,保持血糖水平的相对稳定。该研究假设通过声音刺激能够有效调节血糖动态,降低血糖波动幅度。 2.睡眠质量:研究还假设ACLS干预能够提高受试者的睡眠质量,尤其是增强慢波睡眠(深度睡眠)和纺锤波(对睡眠稳定性至关重要)的生成,从而促进睡眠的深度和质量。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Blood glucose regulation: Evaluate whether ACLS intervention can significantly improve the blood glucose stability of the subjects, reduce the sharp fluctuations of blood glucose, and maintain the relative stability of blood glucose levels. This study hypothesizes that sound stimulation can effectively regulate blood glucose dynamics and reduce the amplitude of blood glucose fluctuations. 2. Sleep quality: The study also hypothesized that ACLS intervention could improve the sleep quality of the subjects, especially by enhancing the generation of slow-wave sleep (deep sleep) and spindle waves (crucial for sleep stability), thereby promoting the depth and quality of sleep. |

1. 当前从事倒班工作; 2. BMI >28.0 或 <18.0; 3. 女性处于怀孕期或围产期; 4. 匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)>6,或Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)>12; 5. 当前患有神经精神、免疫、心血管、肝肾相关疾病,或使用任何治疗上述疾病相关的药物(根据自我报告); 6. 抽烟、饮酒成瘾或药物滥用者; 7. 1型糖尿病及其他类型特殊糖尿病; 8. 其他研究者认为不适合参加本试验的受试者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Currently engaged in shift work; 2. BMI >28.0 or <18.0; 3. The woman is pregnant or in the perinatal period; 4. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) >6, or Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) >12; 5. Currently suffering from neuropsychiatric, immune, cardiovascular, liver or kidney-related diseases, or using any drugs related to the treatment of the above diseases (based on self-report); 6. Smokers, alcoholics or drug abusers; 7. Type 1 diabetes and other special types of diabetes; 8. Subjects who other researchers consider unsuitable to participate in this trial. |

A randomized crossover design, in which participants are randomly assigned to one of two intervention sequences (AB or BA), and each participant receives both interventions in sequence with a washout period in between. Intervention order is assigned using a computer-generated randomization program to minimize selection bias. Matching strategy: Self-matching is achieved through the crossover design, combined with randomization to balance sequence effects, together forming a rigorous and efficient matching approach. |

This study employs a double-blind design. During the intervention phase, participants are unaware of the specific type of stimulation they receive; they are only informed that they may undergo auditory stimulation, but remain blind to the stimulus properties, timing, and their group assignment. Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Collection method: The subjects continuously wore a dynamic blood glucose meter, a body-worn wristband and a portable PSG to simultaneously record blood glucose, exercise and electroencephalogram data. Subjective sleep quality was evaluated by the PSQI/ESS scale. Management process The data is entered in real time into the case report form (Appendix 5) to ensure completeness and accuracy. After being reviewed by the supervisor, it is transferred to the data administrator for double-entry verification. Paper archives are numbered and filed, and electronic data is classified and backed up for storage, with strict confidentiality. |
