研究目的:

溃疡性结肠炎仍是一种不能治愈的疾病。新的有效且安全的药物是临床治疗所需。自人参中提取的人参皂苷Rd单体通过抑制巨噬细胞产生的促炎细胞因子对DSS诱导的结肠炎具有保护作用。一些miRNA参与炎症性肠病的发病。因此,本研究旨在探索参与巨噬细胞细胞因子产生的miRNA及人参皂苷Rd在miRNA阻止细胞因子产生的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study:

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is still an uncurable disease. New, effective, and safe therapeutic drugs are necessary to meet the current urgent clinical treatment needs. Ginsenoside Rd monomer (GRd), exacted from Ginseng, exerts protective effects against DSS-colitis by inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines by macrophages. Several miRNAs are involved in inflammatory bowel disease. Therefore, the aim of this study was to discover the miRNAs involved in the production of cytokines by macrophages and the mechanism of action of GRd on the above miRNAs to prevent cytokine production.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

存在其他自身免疫性疾病,严重的心肺疾病,严重的凝血功能障碍,1周内口服抗凝、抗血小板药物

Exclusion criteria:

Patients who suffered immune disease ,severe cardiopulmonary disease, severe coagulation disorder, taken anticoagulants and anti-platelet drugs within 1 week.
