本研究是一项单中心、回顾性、观察性队列研究。旨在利用海南陵水地区超过10,000名使用数字疗法App的2型糖尿病患者超过一年的真实世界数据，超越短期疗效验证，深入探讨数字疗法的长期效果、对心血管综合风险的影响，并分析用户行为模式与临床获益的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a single center, retrospective, observational cohort study. The purpose is to use the real world data of more than 10000 type 2 diabetes patients who use the digital therapy app in Lingshui, Hainan Province for more than one year, go beyond short-term efficacy verification, deeply explore the long-term effect of digital therapy, its impact on cardiovascular comprehensive risk, and analyze the relationship between user behavior patterns and clinical benefits.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.1型糖尿病或其他特殊类型糖尿病患者； 2.数据严重缺失，无法进行有效分析者； 3.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with type 1 diabetes or other special types of diabetes; 2. The data is severely missing and cannot be effectively analyzed; 3. Pregnant or lactating women.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1、源数据：所有数据均从App后台数据库匿名化导出。 2、数据管理：数据将导入专用统计软件（如R或Python）进行分析。分析过程将生成匿名化的分析数据集。数据库将通过密码保护，并在分析的计算机上进行加密存储。 3、数据保留与共享：本研究所有原始数据及分析结果将至少保存10年。论文发表后，去除所有识别信息的匿名数据可根据合理要求与同行研究者共享。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Source data: all data are exported anonymously from the App background database. 2. Data management: The data will be imported into specialized statistical software (such as R or Python) for analysis. The analysis process will generate an anonymized analysis dataset. The database will be password protected and stored encrypted on the analyzing computer. 3. Data retention and sharing: All raw data and analysis results of this study will be kept for at least 10 years. After the publication of the paper, anonymous data with all identifying information removed can be shared with peer researchers upon reasonable request.
