研究目的：

深入了解CTCs中survivin表达情况与骨肉瘤预后的相关性，对于进一步解析骨肉瘤转移机制，评估患者复发与转移风险具有重要意义，为临床的诊疗及预后提供重要的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A deeper understanding of the correlation between the expression of survivor in CTCs and the prognosis of osteosarcoma is of great significance for further elucidating the mechanism of osteosarcoma metastasis, evaluating the risk of recurrence and metastasis in patients, and providing important reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤病史者； 2.不接受治疗及随访期间定期检查者； 3.依从性差，拒绝签署知情同意书者； 4.严重凝血功能障碍者； 5.合并有严重的心肺功能疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors; 2. Those who do not receive treatment and undergo regular check ups during follow-up; 3. Those who have poor compliance and refuse to sign informed consent forms; 4. Individuals with severe coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.
