本研究基于生成式人工智能开发设计了AI智能体虚拟患者问诊训练平台,对传统的口腔医学医患沟通教学课程进行了优化和调整,理论授课和AI智能体模拟问诊训练相结合,为口腔医学医患沟通技能培训提供了一种新的实践教学模式,也为生成式人工智能应用于医学教育提供参考  

Objectives of Study:

this study developed an AI-powered virtual patient consultation training platform based on generative AI, restructuring conventional doctor-patient communication curricula in dental education. By combining theoretical lectures with AI-based simulated consultation training, the platform provides a new practical teaching model for training oral medicine patient-doctor communication skills and offers a reference for the application of generative AI in medical education.

盲法:

Blinding:

Evaluator blinding method: Due to the nature of the intervention measures, this trial adopted an open (non-blind) design for both the subjects (medical students) and the intervention implementers (teachers). However, in order to ensure the objectivity of outcome assessment, blinding was implemented for outcome assessors. All subjects (including the experimental group and the control group) will undergo a standardized assessment of doctor-patient communication scenarios after the training, and the entire process will be recorded. All video materials will be anonymized by independent research assistants, and any content that may expose the grouping information will be removed. Trained outcome assessors (senior physicians or educational experts who did not participate in the intervention of this study) will score these anonymous videos, and the assessors have no knowledge of the grouping of the subjects in the videos at all.
