Objectives of Study: |
The effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on athletes’ change-of-direction (COD) ability is explored, with a focus on analyzing the synergistic characteristics of lower limb muscles and their relationship with directional change. Specifically, the study examines whether tDCS can serve as an effective acute intervention to enhance agility in athletes, particularly in terms of performance improvement at different turning angles. This could offer practical advantages for boosting athletic performance. |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
In this study, the Dartfish motion analysis system and the Delsys Trigno wireless electromyography acquisition system were used for data acquisition. The program is capable of simultaneous acquisition of EMG data and kinetic data and ensures the accuracy and completeness of the data. All data is backed up within 24 hours of the test and stored on encrypted servers to keep the data safe. |
