研究目的：

观察艾司奥美拉唑是否改善术前有晕动病史或PONV病史甲状腺切除女性患者术后恢复质量，降低术后恶心呕吐的发生率,提高健康相关生活质量  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether esomeprazole improves postoperative recovery quality in female thyroidectomy patients with a history of motion sickness or PONV, reduces the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and enhances health-related quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对艾司奥美拉唑过敏； 2.术前24小时内服用止吐药或镇痛药； 3.使用H2受体抑制剂、PPI； 4.使用与艾司奥美拉唑相互作用的药物（即苯妥英、地西泮、酮康唑、伊曲康唑、华法林/维生素K拮抗剂、氯吡格雷等）； 5.使用抗精神病药物或皮质类固醇药物； 6.既往心力衰竭或心律失常；未控制的高血压；糖尿病伴血糖控制不良；肝肾功能障碍；胃动力障碍；前庭疾病； 7.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 8.不能理解术后恢复质量量表（QoR-15）/视觉模拟评分（VAS）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to esomeprazole; 2.Administration of antiemetics or analgesics within 24 hours prior to surgery; 3.Use of H2 receptor antagonists or PPIs; 4.Use of medications interacting with esomeprazole (e.g., phenytoin, diazepam, ketoconazole, itraconazole, warfarin/vitamin K antagonists, clopidogrel); 5.Use of antipsychotic drugs or corticosteroids; 6.History of heart failure or arrhythmia; uncontrolled hypertension; diabetes with poor glycemic control; hepatic or renal impairment; gastrointestinal motility disorders; vestibular disorders; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8.Unable to understand the Quality of Recovery-15 (QoR-15)/Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)
