研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机对照试验，比较深麻醉拔管联合经鼻高流量氧疗（HFNC）与常规清醒拔管在高血压患者全麻苏醒期的低氧血症发生率、血流动力学稳定性及不良反应发生情况，以评估深麻醉拔管联合HFNC的安全性与有效性，为临床提供更优的拔管策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to compare the incidence of hypoxemia, hemodynamic stability and adverse reactions between deep anesthesia extubation combined with high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) and conventional awake extubation in patients with hypertension during the recovery period from general anesthesia through a randomized controlled trial, so as to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of deep anesthesia extubation combined with HFNC and provide a better extubation strategy for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知或估计有困难气道的患者； 2.严重或无控制的慢性阻塞性肺疾病病史(严重程度III或IV级)，严重或无法控制的支气管哮喘，肺部感染，支气管扩张； 3.胸部畸形和胸部疾病(如纵隔和胸部肿瘤)； 4.急性冠脉综合征，持续性室性快速性心律失常(NYHA III或IV级)，严重心脏病； 5.严重的神经肌肉疾病； 6.曾接受过呼吸道手术或气道周围手术(包括甲状腺手术)；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with known or estimated difficult airway; 2. History of severe or uncontrolled chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (severity III or IV), severe or uncontrolled bronchial asthma, pulmonary infection, or bronchiectasis; 3. Thoracic deformities and diseases (such as mediastinal and thoracic tumors); 4. Acute coronary syndrome, sustained ventricular tachyarrhythmia (NYHA class III or IV), severe heart disease; 5. Severe neuromuscular diseases; 6. Previous respiratory or periairway surgery (including thyroid surgery).
