研究目的：

本研究的主要目标是系统评估翼状胬肉手术对角膜屈光参数的影响，并比较不同检测设备在胬肉患者中的测量一致性。研究将通过回顾性和前瞻性相结合的方法，深入分析胬肉手术前后角膜曲率、角膜散光等关键屈光参数的变化规律，重点关注平坦轴前角膜曲率、陡峭轴前角膜曲率、平坦轴全角膜曲率、陡峭轴全角膜曲率以及前角膜散光度和全角膜散光度等指标。研究还将系统比较IOL Master 700和Pentacam两种主流检测设备在胬肉患者角膜屈光参数测量中的一致性和准确性，为临床设备选择提供科学依据。研究将量化胬肉手术对人工晶体度数计算的具体影响程度，分析胬肉大小、侵入范围与角膜屈光参数变化的相关性，为临床制定胬肉合并白内障患者的最优治疗方案提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically quantify how pterygium surgery alters corneal refractive status and to establish the inter-device agreement among current diagnostic platforms in pterygium eyes. Using a combined retrospective–prospective design we will track the pre- to post-operative trajectory of keratometric power and astigmatism, focusing on flat and steep values for both anterior and total cornea together with the magnitude of anterior and total corneal astigmatism. We will benchmark the consistency and accuracy of the IOLMaster 700 and Pentacam in measuring these variables, providing an evidence base for instrument selection. Finally, we will determine the exact refractive shift attributable to pterygium excision and its impact on intra-ocular lens power calculation, while modelling the correlation between pterygium size/extent and the magnitude of corneal change, thereby guiding optimal management strategies for patients with concurrent pterygium and cataract.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.假性翼状胬肉或复发性翼状胬肉患者；
2.合并青光眼、葡萄膜炎、睑裂闭合不全、角膜异常等其他眼部疾病的患者；
3.有眼部外伤史或手术史的患者；
4.无法配合眼科检查或检测数据不完整的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with pseudopterygium or recurrent pterygium; 2.Patients with coexisting ocular conditions such as glaucoma, uveitis, lagophthalmos, or corneal abnormalities; 3.Patients with a history of ocular trauma or prior intraocular surgery; 4.Patients unable to cooperate with ophthalmic examinations or with incomplete imaging data.
