研究目的：

本研究基于代谢组学、影像组学、宏基因组研究轻度抑郁症患者男性和女性的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the differences between male and female patients with mild depression based on metabolomics, radiomics, and metagenomics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.得到临床确诊的中、重度抑郁症患者、既往精神疾病或器质性精神障碍患者； 2.患有严重的心、脑、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病； 3.孕期、哺乳期妇女； 4.精神活性物质和非成瘾性物质所致的抑郁发作； 5.已知的酗酒或物质依赖者； 6.患者有强烈自杀企图或行为； 7.正在参加其他临床试验； 8.曾进行抗抑郁治疗者。 9.年龄大于55岁或小于18岁。 符合上述其中一项者，即予排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with clinically diagnosed moderate to severe depression, or patients with previous psychiatric disorders or organic mental disorders; 2. Patients with severe diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, etc.; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Depressive episodes caused by psychoactive substances or non-addictive substances; 5. Known alcoholics or substance-dependent individuals; 6. Patients with strong suicidal intentions or behaviors; 7. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; 8. Patients who have received antidepressant treatment; 9. Age over 55 or under 18 years; Individuals meeting any of the above criteria shall be excluded.
