Objectives of Study: |
This study innovatively integrates multi-faceted, multi-modal echocardiography video data with the cutting-edge Vision Mamba visual foundation model. It pioneers the development of a one-stop classification model for preoperative TEER assessment in mitral regurgitation patients based on this foundation. This model accurately screens out patients with contraindications for TEER surgery, avoiding unnecessary surgical risks and costs. Simultaneously, it optimizes the identification of suitable surgical candidates, ensuring timely intervention. Furthermore, the intelligent model delivers rapid assessment with high objectivity and consistency, significantly enhancing clinical workflow efficiency. Future implementation in primary care settings will enable preliminary screening in regions with limited expertise, thereby optimizing healthcare resource allocation.
