研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨短影片应用引导下的慈爱冥想对情绪、一体感（同一性）、种族偏见、性别偏见及歧视性行为意图的影响。研究将分析慈爱冥想如何通过扩展关怀圈与关联自我，增强参与者对“自我—他者—群体—全人类”的连结感，进而提升正向情绪、降低负向情绪与敌意，并减少对外群体的刻板印象与社会距离。就偏见结果而言，本研究将评估慈爱冥想对种族与性别相关显性态度与歧视性行为意图的改变幅度，并探讨一体感与情绪变化在其中可能扮演的中介机制。同时，将检验以短影片为载体的数字化冥想干预之可行性与可扩展性，包括依从性、使用便利性与情境适配性。综上，期望为运用数字冥想降低偏见与歧视、促进群际理解与社会包容提供理论支持与实证依据，并为未来在教育、职场与公共治理中的去偏见干预设计提出可操作的实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to explore the effects of a short video application-guided loving-kindness meditation on mood, sense of oneness (oneness), racial bias, gender bias, and discriminatory intent. The purpose of this study is to examine how loving-kindness meditation enhances participants' sense of connection to the "self-other-group-humanity" by expanding the circle of caring and relating the self, thereby enhancing positive emotions, reducing negative emotions and hostility, and reducing stereotypes and social distance from the outgroup. In terms of bias outcomes, this study aimed to assess the magnitude of the effect of loving-kindness meditation on racial - and gender-related explicit attitudes and discriminatory behavioral intentions, and to explore the possible mediating mechanisms of sense of oneness and mood changes. Meanwhile, the feasibility and scalability of the video-based digital meditation intervention were tested, including compliance, ease of use, and contextual suitability. In summary, we hope to provide theoretical support and empirical evidence for using digital meditation to reduce prejudice and discrimination, promote intergroup understanding and social inclusion, and provide actionable practical guidance for the design of future de-biased-intervention programs in education, the workplace, and public governance.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有精神病史或存在精神障碍疾病； 2.正在服用精神类药物； 3.无固定雇主及自由业工作； 4.过去一年或目前正在进行任何形式的心理干预者； 5.既往进行过任何形式的冥想训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of mental illness or mental disorders; 2. Taking psychotropic drugs; 3. No fixed employer and freelance work; 4. Those who have engaged in any form of psychological intervention in the past year or currently; 5. Have engaged in any form of prior meditation training.
