探究基于衰弱评估的护理干预对社区老年慢性病患者睡眠质量、衰弱程度和述情障碍的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of nursing interventions guided by frailty assessments on sleep quality, frailty severity, and alexithymia among community-dwelling older adults diagnosed with chronic diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并言语障碍、听力障碍； 2、合并严重的认知障碍者； 3、正在参与其他用药相关研究者； 4、临终患者（预计生存期小于3个月）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined speech and hearing impairments; 2.Patients with severe cognitive impairments; 3.Participants in other medication-related studies; 4.Terminally ill patients (expected survival time less than 3 months).

朱婧采用方便抽样法选取某社区100例老年慢性病患者，按数表法将其分为对照组（50例）和实验组（50例），分别对两组实施常规社区护理干预和基于衰弱评估的护理干预，在干预前及干预2个月后，分别采用Tilburg衰弱量表、匹兹堡睡眠指数、多伦多述情障碍量表评估患者的睡眠质量、衰弱指数和述情障碍。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A total of 100 community-dwelling older adults with chronic conditions were recruited through convenience sampling between January and June 2022. Participants were randomly assigned to either a control group (n = 50) or an experimental group (n = 50) using a random number table. The control group received routine community nursing care, while the experimental group received nursing interventions informed by frailty assessments. The Tilburg Frailty Indicator (TFI), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20) were utilized to evaluate frailty severity, sleep quality, and alexithymia, respectively, at baseline and two months following the intervention.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用基于密码保护的电子表格（Microsoft Excel）进行双人独立录入与核对，并使用SPSS软件进行统计分析。数据管理流程遵循机构标准操作规程。未使用第三方EDC系统。

In this study, a password-protected electronic spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) was used for double independent data entry and verification, and SPSS software was employed for statistical analysis. The data management process adhered to the institutional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). No third-party Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system was utilized.
