本研究旨在比较隐形矫治器与固定矫治器在正畸治疗早期对患者疼痛感知和不适感的影响，探讨患者心理预期及相关因素，为临床个体化疼痛管理和患者沟通提供科学依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the impact of Invisalign aligners and fixed appliances on pain perception and discomfort during the early stage of orthodontic treatment and to explore patients’ psychological expectations and related factors, providing scientific evidence for individualized pain management and patient communication in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

存在活动性龋齿或牙周疾病、明显的牙列缺损、全身性疾病或精神障碍、正在发生的口颌面部疼痛、已确诊的抑郁症、正在使用止痛药物治疗，或正畸治疗过程中计划拔牙的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included active caries or periodontal disease, significant dentition defects, systemic disease or psychiatric disorder, ongoing orofacial pain, diagnosed depressive illness, current use of analgesic therapy, or planned tooth extraction as part of treatment.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection and Management: Data Collection: All clinical and experimental data of the participants will be collected using standardized Case Record Forms (CRFs). The CRFs will include demographic information, clinical examination results, laboratory test indicators, and other data relevant to the study. The research team members will undergo unified training to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data recording. Data Management: Data management will utilize the ResMan platform (an internet-based Electronic Data Capture [EDC] system, website: https://www.medresman.org). All data will be hierarchically entered into the platform, and data managers will be responsible for data review and cleaning to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security. Data will be regularly backed up and protected in accordance with the requirements of the ethics committee and the study protocol.
