研究目的：

本项目通过广泛获取大样本的元素作为基线数据，期望能够获得儿童不同年龄段相应参考值或正常医学参考范围；并结合临床表现以明确不同元素对儿童健康的影响，明确其有因果联系，进而不断完善“健康一疾病一干预”风险评估与健康促进体系，积极开展相关预防性干预措施，以达到及早预防疾病，提高我国儿童的生存质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the extensive acquisition of large sample of trace elements as baseline data, this project is expected to be able to obtain the corresponding reference values of different age groups of children or normal medical reference range, and combined with clinical manifestations to determine the impact of different trace elements on the health of children. To make clear the causal relationship, and then to improve the risk assessment and health promotion system of "health one disease intervention", and actively carry out relevant preventive interventions, in order to achieve early prevention of disease and improve the quality of life of children in our country.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：除外有明确病因的疾病，如明确的染色体核型异常、遗传代谢性疾病、甲状腺功能异常、颅内肿瘤、中枢神经系统感染、围产期异常导致的缺氧缺血性脑病、已知遗传性综合征和遗传病等。所有研究对象和其③排除发生了气管、肺部、心脏等先天性畸形或是其他严重脏器功能障碍的患儿。排除出现了先天性免疫功能障碍或是先天性呼吸系统疾病的患儿。排除近期使用免疫抑制剂或是免疫增强剂治疗的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Except for diseases with a definite cause, such as clear chromosomal karyotype abnormalities, genetic metabolic diseases, thyroid dysfunction, intracranial tumors, central nervous system infections, perinatal abnormalities caused by hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, known genetic syndrome and genetic diseases. All subjects and their 3 excluded children with congenital deformities such as trachea, lungs, heart, or other severe organ dysfunction. Children with congenital immune dysfunction or congenital respiratory disease were excluded. Children who had recently been treated with immunosuppressants or immunoenhancers were excluded.
