研究目的：

（1）调查养老机构老年人平衡能力水平及平衡功能缺陷相关生理机制； （2）基于平衡功能缺陷相关生理机制，分析养老机构老年人平衡功能缺陷的潜在类别分类及其影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Investigate the balance ability level of elderly people in nursing institutions and the physiological mechanisms related to balance function deficits; (2) Based on the physiological mechanisms related to balance function deficits, analyze the potential classification of balance function deficits in elderly people in nursing institutions and their influencing factors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因各种疾病导致身体无法进行轻度活动或医生建议避免活动者（包括但不限于不受控制的症状性心血管或呼吸系统疾病、在没有帮助的情况下无法站立或行走、活动时出现胸痛、麻木或呕吐等症状）。 2.存在沟通与认知障碍者：严重听力损失，即使佩戴助听器，仍无法在安静环境中听懂测试指令；严重视力损失，即使佩戴常规眼镜，仍无法看清视力表最大视标者，存在严重的精神疾病或沟通障碍，无法进行有效交流或配合测试流程者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals who are unable to perform mild physical activities due to various diseases or are advised by a doctor to avoid activities (including, but not limited to, uncontrolled symptomatic cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, inability to stand or walk without assistance, or experiencing symptoms such as chest pain, numbness, or vomiting during activity). 2. Individuals with communication and cognitive impairments: severe hearing loss, unable to understand test instructions in a quiet environment even with a hearing aid; severe visual impairment, unable to see the largest optotype on the eye chart even with regular glasses; severe mental illness or communication disorders, unable to effectively communicate or cooperate with the test process.
