研究目的:

开发用于颅颌面部电生理信号和汗液成分监测的高性能柔性传感贴片,实现对颌面部肌电信号和汗液中的化学指标的准确测量。此外,我们将进一步深入研究静态与动态咬合过程中肌电的活动状态,揭示肌电在生理与病理条件下的变化规律,剖析咬合过程中颌面部肌肉的活动模式,并进一步结合深度学习技术构建数字化口腔分析系统,从而为咬合问题诊断和咬合重建提供坚实的口腔物理学理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Our study is going to develop high-performance flexible sensing patches for monitoring cranio-maxillofacial electrophysiological signals and sweat composition, enabling accurate measurement of maxillofacial electromyographic (EMG) signals and chemical indicators in sweat. Furthermore, we will conduct in-depth research on the activity patterns of muscles during static and dynamic occlusion, unveiling the variations in EMG signals under physiological and pathological conditions, and analyzing the activation patterns of maxillofacial muscles during occlusal processes. By integrating deep learning technologies, we aim to construct a digital oral analysis system, thereby providing a solid theoretical foundation in oral biomechanics for the diagnosis of occlusal disorders and occlusal reconstruction.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 咬合关系缺失或咬合紊乱; 2. 对贴片有关成分过敏或易过敏体质; 3. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女; 4. 同时参加其他临床试验的人群; 5. 皮肤疾病; 6. 患有严重系统性疾病(如心脏病、 糖尿病、 高血压、 肾病、 肝病、 癌症等); 7. 严重的器官功能障碍(如肝功能衰竭、 肾功能衰竭等)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. absence of occlusal relationship or occlusal disorder; 2. allergy or hypersensitivity to any component of the patch; 3. pregnancy or lactation; 4. concurrent participation in another clinical trial; 5. Skin diseases; 6. Suffering from serious systemic diseases (such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, liver disease, cancer, etc.); 7. Severe organ dysfunction (such as liver failure, kidney failure, etc.).
