研究目的：

本研究旨在通过一项前瞻性、多中心、随机、单盲对照试验，系统比较单纯电切联合创面血管电凝止血+金属夹夹闭与传统电凝电切+金属夹夹闭两种EMR术式，在治疗直径≥1 cm结直肠息肉中的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically compare the safety and efficacy of two endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) techniques in the treatment of colorectal polyps >=1 cm in diameter through a prospective, multicenter, randomized, single-blind controlled trial. The techniques compared are: EMR using pure cut current combined with targeted coagulation of visible vessels on the wound followed by clip closure versus conventional EMR using blended electrocoagulation current followed by clip closure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.口服抗凝药物（如华法林、达比加群、利伐沙班等）或抗血小板药物（如阿司匹林、氯吡格雷等），且停药时间未满7天者 2.患有已知的血液系统疾病（如血友病、白血病等）或存在凝血功能异常（经实验室检查证实） 3.存在严重认知功能障碍或精神疾病，无法配合完成内镜治疗及术后随访者 4.拒绝签署本研究知情同意书者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Current use of anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin, dabigatran, rivaroxaban) or antiplatelet agents (e.g., aspirin, clopidogrel) with a washout period of less than 7 days prior to the procedure. 2.Known history of hematologic diseases (e.g., hemophilia, leukemia) or laboratory-confirmed coagulation disorders. 3.Presence of severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric conditions that would preclude compliance with the endoscopic procedure or post-operative follow-up. 4.Unwillingness to provide written informed consent for the study.
