研究目的:

本研究旨在依托我院临床资源,系统收集先天性畸形患儿的临床诊疗资料、遗传信息及环境暴露情况,通过规范化分析,探索先天性畸形的潜在致病因素。为建立适合我院实际情况的先天性畸形早期诊断指标体系提供依据,同时为制定针对性的预防措施和个性化治疗方案奠定理论基础,最终实现提升我院先天性畸形疾病综合诊疗能力的目标。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to leverage the clinical resources of our hospital to systematically collect clinical diagnosis and treatment data, genetic information, and environmental exposure information of children with congenital malformations. Through standardized analysis, it seeks to explore potential pathogenic factors of congenital malformations. The study will provide a basis for establishing an early diagnostic indicator system for congenital malformations suited to the practical situation of our hospital, as well as lay a theoretical foundation for developing targeted preventive measures and personalized treatment plans, ultimately aiming to enhance our hospital's comprehensive diagnosis and treatment capabilities for congenital malformation diseases.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采集与管理:一、病例报告表(本研究所有临床数据与样本采集信息均使用专用的病例报告表进行初步记录与整理。CRF由大连市妇女儿童医疗中心设计,并由张巧丹主任医师及其团队在该中心负责填写、核对与保管,确保源数据的准确与完整。与之相关的样本培养与实验室检测数据,则由中国科学院大连化学物理研究所单位生成并记录,最终由中国科学院大连化学物理研究所审核后纳入统一管理)。二、电子数据采集系统(为实现数据的高效与规范化管理,本研究采用电子数据采集系统进行全流程操作。由大连市妇女儿童医疗中心的研究人员将CRF数据录入EDC系统,并通过该系统进行数据核查、质疑与管理。关键实验室数据由中国科学院大连化学物理研究所提供,经审核后录入EDC系统进行整合。所有电子数据均实行权限管理,并在研究结束后进行最终审核与锁定,以确保数据的可靠性、安全性与可追溯性)。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data Collection and Management:I. Case Report FormAll clinical data and sample collection information in this study are initially recorded and organized using dedicated Case Report Forms. The CRFs were designed by the Dalian Women and Children's Medical Center, and are responsible for completion, verification, and custody by Dr. Zhang Qiaofeng and their team at this center, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the source data. Related sample culture and laboratory testing data are generated and recorded by the collaborating institution, the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and are ultimately reviewed by the Dalian Women and Children's Medical Center before being incorporated into the unified management system. II. Electronic Data Capture SystemTo achieve efficient and standardized data management, this study utilizes an Electronic Data Capture system for end-to-end operational processes. Researchers from the Dalian Women and Children's Medical Center enter the CRF data into the EDC system, and data verification, query, and management are conducted through this system. Key laboratory data, provided by the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, are entered into the EDC system for integration after review. All electronic data are subject to access control management and undergo final review and locking upon study completion to ensure data reliability, security, and traceability.
