研究脑部微出血对于血管性认知功能障碍的转归的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of cerebral microbleeds on the prognosis of vascular cognitive dysfunction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①达到痴呆的诊断标准，定义为临床痴呆评分（Clinical Dementia Rating, CDR）>=1;②3个月内曾有急性脑卒中（包括脑梗死、脑出血及蛛网膜下腔出血）；③既往有痴呆、抑郁症或精神分裂症者；④严重失语、听觉、视觉障碍影响神经心理学及精神评估的；⑤合并严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病及恶性肿瘤者；⑥目前有颅脑MRI检查的禁忌症，包括心脏起搏器、脑动脉夹闭术后、幽闭恐惧症等；⑦ MRI或者CT显示有任何一个梗塞灶直径≥15mm。

Exclusion criteria：

1. meeting the diagnostic criteria for dementia, defined as clinical dementia rating (CDR) > 1;
2. acute stroke ( including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage ) occurred within 3 months;
3. those who had dementia, depression or schizophrenia in the past;
4. severe aphasia, hearing and visual impairments affect neuropsychology and mental assessment;
5. patients with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumors;
6. at present, there are contraindications for brain MRI examination, including cardiac pacemaker, postoperative cerebral artery occlusion, claustrophobia, etc.;
7. MRI or CT showed that any infarct was ≥ 15 mm in diameter.
