研究目的:

本项研究拟通过不同模态任务下的三维步态及表面肌电分析,研究正常年轻人,老年人及脑卒中患者的步态控制及运动认知影响机制,并评估多模态任务步态训练对于脑卒中患者下肢步行功能的康复作用及可能机制,其研究结果对于多模态步态分析的推广应用、筛选临床功能评测终点指标及指导个体化及精准化的新型下肢运动康复治疗尤为重要。  

Objectives of Study:

This study plans to study the mechanisms of gait control and motor cognition of normal adolescent, normal elderly and stroke subjects through three-dimensional gait analysis and surface electromyography analysis under different modal tasks, as well as to evaluate the effect and potential mechanism of rehabilitation intervention with multimodal gait task on the lower limb walking function in stroke patients. The results are essential for the promotion and application of multimodal gait analysis, the screening of the endpoints for clinical function evaluation, as well as the individualized and accurate new lower limb exercise rehabilitation.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①充血性心力衰竭;下肢深静脉血栓;恶性进行性高血压;呼吸功能衰竭;活动性肝病,肝肾功能不全;②入组前已开始本实验规定内容干预1周以上者;③下肢骨折患者;④严重精神疾病史或精神分裂症;⑤无法随访者;⑥有严重的偏侧空间忽略

Exclusion criteria:

1. congestive heart failure; lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; malignant progressive hypertension; respiratory failure; active liver disease, liver and kidney dysfunction;
2. the content of the experiment has been started for more than 1 week before the study;
3. patients with lower limb fractures;
4. history of severe mental illness or schizophrenia;
5. unable to follow up;
6. history of serious unilateral spatial neglection.
