研究目的：

本研究旨在通过基于中医体质辨识构建老年脑卒中患者衰弱的护理干预方案并进行验证，为后续临床护理工作中对老年脑卒中患者衰弱的干预及管理提供参考，从而为脑卒中合并衰弱患者提供个性化的干预和管理，提高患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the current status of frailty and the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitutions among elderly stroke patients through a cross-sectional survey; to explore the relationship between TCM constitutions and frailty, as well as the role of sleep quality in this relationship; and finally, to develop a nursing intervention protocol for frailty in elderly stroke patients based on TCM constitution identification, and to conduct a feasibility analysis. The findings are expected to provide a reference for the intervention and management of frailty in elderly stroke patients in subsequent clinical nursing practice, thereby offering personalized interventions and management for stroke patients with frailty and improving their quality of life.

本研究为类试验设计，采用整群随机化，随机化在病区水平进行。由研究团队将参与研究的几个病区（如神经内科一病区、二病区）视为一个整体，使用抽签法，将抽到“干预”签的病区全体患者纳入干预组，抽到“对照”签的病区纳入对照组。

This study employs a quasi-experimental design, utilizing cluster randomization at the ward level. The research team will treat the participating wards (e.g., Neurology Ward 1, Neurology Ward 2) as clusters. Using a lottery method, wards drawing the "intervention" lot will have all their patients assigned to the intervention group, while wards drawing the "control" lot will be assigned to the control group.
