研究目的：

主要目的 考察68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009在结直肠癌患者中的安全耐受性特征； 考察68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009在结直肠癌患者中的辐射吸收剂量特征； 考察68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009在结直肠癌患者中的生物分布特征； 考察68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009在结直肠癌患者中的PET显像特征； 次要目的 探索68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009在结直肠癌患者PET显像与免疫组化GPA33表达量的相关性； 初步比较68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009及18F-FDG在结直肠癌患者中的诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objectives To evaluate the safety and tolerability profile of 68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009 in patients with colorectal cancer. To assess the radiation absorption dose characteristics of 68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009 in patients with colorectal cancer. To investigate the biodistribution profile of 68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009 in patients with colorectal cancer. To examine the PET imaging characteristics of 68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009 in patients with colorectal cancer. Secondary Objectives To explore the correlation between 68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009 PET imaging and the expression level of GPA33 (as measured by immunohistochemistry) in patients with colorectal cancer. To preliminarily compare the diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-NODAGA-SNA009 with that of 18F-FDG in patients with colorectal cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他明确诊断的恶性肿瘤患者； 2.未控制的重度感染者，或伴随其他严重疾病者； 3.预期生存期≤3个月者； 4.妊娠或哺乳期患者，以及在本试验过程中拒绝采取适当避孕措施的育龄患者； 5.研究者判断不适宜参加本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with other concurrent malignancies. 2. Patients with uncontrolled severe infection, or those accompanied by other severe underlying diseases. 3. Patients with an expected life expectancy of ≤ 3 months. 4. Pregnant or lactating patients, and patients of childbearing potential who refuse to adopt adequate contraceptive measures during the trial period. 5. Patients deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for participation in this study for other reasons.
