研究目的：

1.评估菌群移植在神经性玫瑰痤疮患者中的临床疗效和安全性； 2.探索肠道菌群紊乱在神经性玫瑰痤疮中的关键作用，评估FMT对肠道菌群多样性和组成的调节作用。

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) in patients with neurogenic rosacea; 2.To explore the pivotal role of gut microbiota dysbiosis in neurogenic rosacea and assess the regulatory effects of FMT on gut microbiota diversity and composition.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.怀孕或哺乳期患者以及有妊娠计划的患者，所有育龄期女性受试者在入组前需进行血清或尿液HCG检测，HCG阳性者排除； 2.存在中度至重度赘生型或眼部表现的玫瑰痤疮患者； 3.患有系统性疾病的患者； 4.对FMT有禁忌症的患者，包括严重免疫功能低下的患者（如器官移植后接受免疫抑制剂治疗的患者、HIV/AIDS晚期患者、先天性免疫缺陷患者）、活动性或未控制的胃肠道疾病（如急性肠梗阻、肠穿孔、炎症性肠病的严重急性发作、腹腔脓肿等）、严重过敏体质或对移植材料有明确过敏史的患者、已知或潜在的感染风险较高的患者（如慢性乙型或丙型肝炎病毒感染活动期的患者）； 5.有严重精神疾病史的患者； 6.在试验前四周内接受典型药物的全身治疗或在试验前六个月内使用过异维A酸的玫瑰痤疮患者； 7.患有其他面部疾病的患者（如脂溢性皮炎、皮肌炎、系统性红斑狼疮等）； 8.在试验前1个月使用过抗生素或益生菌的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating patients, as well as those planning pregnancy. All female participants of childbearing potential must undergo a serum or urine HCG test prior to enrollment, and those with a positive result will be excluded; 2.Patients with moderate-to-severe phymatous or ocular manifestations of rosacea; 3.Patients with systemic diseases; 4.Patients with contraindications to FMT, including those with severe immunodeficiency (e.g., patients receiving immunosuppressive therapy after organ transplantation, patients with advanced HIV/AIDS, or congenital immunodeficiency), active or uncontrolled gastrointestinal diseases (e.g., acute intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, severe acute flare of inflammatory bowel disease, intra-abdominal abscess), severe allergic constitution or a known history of allergy to transplant material, and patients with known or potential high risk of infection (e.g., patients with active chronic hepatitis B or C virus infection); 5.Patients with a history of severe psychiatric disorders; 6.Patients who have received systemic treatment with conventional drugs within 4 weeks prior to the trial or oral isotretinoin within 6 months prior to the trial; 7.Patients with other facial diseases (e.g., seborrheic dermatitis, dermatomyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus); 8.Patients who have used antibiotics or probiotics within 1 month prior to the trial.
