研究目的：

本项目旨在探究MTMR3对卵巢癌细胞线粒体自噬的调控功能，进一步验证MTMR3的调控功能是否依赖于PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号途径。本课题将为MTMR3在卵巢癌中的调控功能提出新的信号轴和相关分子机制，并为其作为卵巢癌诊疗靶点提供进一步的证据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to investigate the regulatory function of MTMR3 on mitochondrial autophagy in ovarian cancer cells and further verify whether the regulatory function of MTMR3 depends on the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. This study will propose a new signaling axis and related molecular mechanisms for the regulatory function of MTMR3 in ovarian cancer, and provide further evidence to support its use as a therapeutic target for ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病史资料不全；无病理证实为恶性肿瘤；术前行新辅助治疗；合并其他肿瘤或特异性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Incomplete medical history records; No pathological confirmation of malignant tumor; Received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; Complicated with other tumors or specific Parazacco spilurus subsp. spilurus diseases.
