Objectives of Study：

To explore the predictive value of chemotherapy drugs for the risk of cardiovascular toxic events in breast cancer patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因病情严重无法耐受影像学评估心脏结构及功能； 2.有药物滥用史； 3.无法定期随诊复查血液生物标志物及影像学指标； 4.终末期肾衰（定义为肾小球滤过率小于15ml/min.m2）； 5.合并其他恶性肿瘤

Exclusion criteria：

1. Due to the severity of the condition, the patient is unable to tolerate the assessment of cardiac structure and function through imaging. 2. Have a history of drug abuse; 3. Inability to regularly follow up and recheck blood biomarkers and imaging indicators; 4. End-stage renal failure (defined as glomerular filtration rate less than 15ml/min.m2); 5. Combined with other malignant tumors.
