研究目的：

通过探究脓毒症患者体内免疫抑制微环境，及小檗碱调节免疫抑制改善脓毒症的机制，了解小檗碱治疗脓毒症免疫抑制的效果，为小檗碱调节免疫抑制防治脓毒症提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to elucidate the efficacy of berberine in treating sepsis-induced immunosuppression by investigating the immunosuppressive microenvironment in sepsis patients and the mechanism by which berberine modulates immunosuppression to improve sepsis outcomes, which will provide clinical evidence supporting the use of berberine to modulate immunosuppression for the prevention and treatment of sepsis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）心源性休克； （2）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； （3）严重肝肾功能障碍、恶性肿瘤、精神疾病、急慢性炎症性疾病或其他严重器质性疾病； （4）器官移植、风湿免疫性疾病或长期使用免疫抑制剂。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cardiogenic shock; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Severe hepatic or renal impairment, malignant tumors, psychiatric disorders, acute or chronic inflammatory diseases, or other serious organic dysfunction; (4) Organ transplantation, rheumatic or immune-mediated diseases, or long-term use of immunosuppressive agents.
