研究目的：

本研究拟探讨成年女性日间手术患者术前焦虑的发生情况，明确其是否为术后并发症的独立危险因素，并初步探寻术前焦虑与术后短期不同时间点内与恢复情况的相关性，实现对成年女性日间手术患者术前焦虑对术后麻醉恢复期相关并发症的预测，从而改善其短期预后，减少住院费用，提高患者满意度，与此同时，医护人员可以采取针对性的心理干预措施，帮助患者缓解焦虑情绪，从而降低术后并发症的风险。评估术前焦虑与术后短期恢复的关联，为优化围术期管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the incidence of preoperative anxiety in adult female day surgery patients, determine whether it serves as an independent risk factor for postoperative complications, and explore its correlation with short-term recovery at different time points. By establishing preoperative anxiety as a predictor for anesthesia recovery-related complications, this research seeks to improve short-term prognosis, reduce hospitalization costs, and enhance patient satisfaction. In addition, targeted psychological interventions may be implemented by healthcare providers to help alleviate anxiety, thereby potentially reducing the risk of postoperative complications. Evaluating the relationship between preoperative anxiety and short-term recovery will provide a basis for optimizing perioperative management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往大型手术史、二次日间手术患者；
2.非日间手术的患者；
3.服用精神类药物的患者或精神疾病患者，不能配合随访；
4.重大合并症或基础疾病，经医师评估后不宜行日间手术患者；
5.对研究用药过敏；
6.对量表无法充分理解，或拒绝泄露教育程度等信息等因素，无法完成术前评估及随访；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of major previous surgery; patients scheduled for a second day surgery procedure; 2.Patients not scheduled for a day surgery procedure; 3.Patients taking psychotropic medications or with psychiatric disorders, unable to cooperate with follow-up; 4.Significant comorbidities or underlying diseases deemed by the physician as unsuitable for day surgery; 5.Known allergy to the study medications; 6.Inability to adequately comprehend the assessment scales, refusal to disclose information such as education level, or other factors leading to failure to complete preoperative assessment and follow-up.
