研究目的：

1.明确叶酸、维生素B12、同型半胱氨酸水平在糖尿病足不同风险组间存在差异。 2.证实联合叶酸、维生素B12、同型半胱氨酸等指标可成为筛查糖尿病高危足的有用指标。 3.通过测定叶酸、维生素B12、同型半胱氨酸及叶酸/维生素B12比率,尝试探讨给予糖尿病高危足患者营养干预的时机。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the differences in folate, vitamin B12, and homocysteine levels among different risk groups for diabetic foot ulcers. 2. To confirm that a combination of folate, vitamin B12, and homocysteine can be useful indicators for screening high-risk diabetic feet. 3. By measuring folate, vitamin B12, homocysteine, and the folate/vitamin B12 ratio, we aim to explore the timing of nutritional intervention for patients at high risk for diabetic foot ulcers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.T2DM 以外的其他类型 DM； 2.合并急性糖尿病并发症者； 3.合并有糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病心肌病等糖尿病慢性并发症者； 4.合并严重外伤或感染及Wagner1-5级的患者； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期患者； 6.合并冠心病、心功能衰竭、老年痴呆症、帕金森病等慢性病者； 7.合并恶性贫血、癌症、艾迪生病、肠结核、乳糜泻、肠易激疾病或胃肠道手术的病史 8.排除酸碱平衡紊乱、酗酒或其他药物成瘾史、精神障碍性疾病患者； 9.排除正在服用以下任何药物者：苯妥英钠、扑米酮、秋水仙碱、异烟肼、肼屈嗪、甲氨蝶呤、抗生素及其他影响胃肠道动力的药物； 10.素食主义者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other types of DM except T2DM; 2. Those with complications of acute diabetes 3. Those with chronic complications of diabetes such as diabetic retinopathy and diabetic cardiomyopathy; 4. Patients with severe trauma or infection and Wagner grade 1-5 5. Pregnant or lactating patients; 6. Those with chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease; 7. History of concurrent pernicious anemia, cancer, Addison's disease, intestinal tuberculosis, celiac disease, irritable bowel disease or gastrointestinal surgery 8. Excluding patients with acid-base balance disorders, alcohol abuse or other drug addiction history, and mental disorders; 9. Exclude those who are currently taking any of the following medications: phenytoin sodium, primidone, colchicine, isoniazid, hydralazine, methotrexate, antibiotics, and other drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility 10. Vegetarian.
