Objectives of Study：

The relationship between preoperative fingertip tactile function and postoperative delirium in diabetic patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、听力障碍者、无法进行有效沟通者或者有语言能力障碍者； 2、合并精神疾病、长期服用抗精神药物、抗抑郁药物滥用者； 3、既往脑出血、心梗等严重心脑血管疾病，合并痴呆、阿尔茨海默症、癫痫、帕金森等合并神经系统疾病； 4、伴有严重的全身性疾病，如严重的心脏病、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肾衰竭、肝衰竭等合并其他系统重度疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with hearing impairments, those unable to communicate effectively, or those with speech disabilities; 2. Those with co-occurring mental illnesses, long-term use of antipsychotic medications, or those who abuse antidepressants; 3. Those with a history of severe cardiovascular diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage or myocardial infarction, combined with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or other neurological disorders; 4. Those with severe systemic diseases, such as severe heart disease, stage IV chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), renal failure, liver failure, and other severe systemic conditions.
