研究目的：

1.了解自杀未遂青少年及主要照顾者在急诊阶段的困境与需求。 2.提升急诊医护人员对青少年自杀危机的识别和应对能力。 3.构建并验证照护干预方案，激发家庭照护功能，进而提高青少年心理治疗的依从性、自杀行为的复发率。

Objectives of Study：

1.To identify the challenges and needs of adolescents with attempted suicide and their primary caregivers during the emergency department phase. 2.To enhance the ability of emergency department healthcare staff to recognize and respond to adolescent suicide crises. 3. To develop and validate a care intervention protocol that activates family care functions, thereby improving adherence to psychotherapy and reducing the recurrence of suicidal behavior among adolescents.

干预措施：	在常规治疗的急诊科常规救治与护理基础上，由未经过培训的医护人员给予患者单间安置，语言与动作安抚，并为家属提供健康宣教、随访等服务，告知家属后期及时关注患者的精神状况。	干预措施代码：

干预措施：	试验组照顾者在接受常规急诊治疗与护理的基础上，参与由研究团队基于“以家庭为中心赋权模型”和“压力－应对理论”设计的照顾激活方案。该方案包括四阶段干预路径，包括急诊现场支持、威胁感知、自我效能与自尊赋权四个方面，系统提升照顾者对青少年自杀危机的认知、自我效能感、自尊水平与照护能力，实现家庭系统的积极赋权与可持续支持。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	Caregivers in the intervention group received a caregiver activation program, designed by the research team based on the Family-Centered Empowerment Model and the Stress-Coping Theory, in addition to routine emergency treatment and care. This program follows a four-stage intervention pathway, encompassing emergency department support, threat perception, self-efficacy, and self-esteem empowerment. It systematically enhances caregivers' understanding of adolescent suicidal crisis, self-efficacy, self-esteem, and caregiving skills, thereby achieving positive empowerment of the family system and sustainable support. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究采用病例记录表（CRF）进行数据管理，CRF按模块化设计，系统记录社会人口学特征、家庭照顾者照顾能力量表、自杀预防素养量表、一般自我效能感量表等评价量表的评分结果。最终数据经审核导出用于统计分析。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	n this study, data management was performed using Case Report Forms (CRFs). The CRFs were modularly designed to systematically record scores from various assessment scales, including sociodemographic characteristics, the Family Caregiver Care Capacity Scale, the Suicide Prevention Literacy Scale, and the General Self-Efficacy Scale. The final data were exported for statistical analysis after review.
