研究目的：

本研究在中国人群中首次对肠道微生物来源代谢产物例如TMAO、胆碱、乙酰左旋肉碱、左旋肉碱及γ-丁基甜菜碱与急性/恶化心力衰竭的相关性纵断、横断面进行单中心研究，并与国际心脏病代谢组学顶尖的研究团队（Suzuki T教授）合作对照相关性是否存在种族差异性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is the first in the Chinese population to conduct a longitudinal and cross-sectional single-center investigation on the correlation between gut microbiota-derived metabolites such as TMAO, choline, acetyl-L-carnitine, L-carnitine, and γ-butyrobetaine and acute/worsening heart failure. It also collaborates with the world's leading research team in cardiac metabolomics (Professor Suzuki T) to compare whether there are racial differences in the correlation.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往有肿瘤病史、肾功能不全且估算肾小球滤过率(estimated glomerular filtration rate，eGFR)<15 ml/min/1.73m^2、近1 个月内接受过外科手术、脓毒症、近3 个月内发生过急性冠脉综合征、近 4 周内接受过心脏再同步治疗的植入式心脏除颤器、急性心肌炎或肥厚性梗阻性或缩窄性心肌病、心脏移植受者、因心脏移植或左心室辅助装置植入入院者为排除标准。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous history of cancer or renal dysfunction with Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR )< 15 ml/min/1.73m2, surgical procedure within the previous month, presence of sepsis, acute coronary syndrome in the previous three months, implantable cardiac defibrillator of cardiac resynchronization therapy within the previous four weeks, presence of acute myocarditis or hypertrophic obstructive or constrictive cardiomyopathy, heart transplant recipient or admission for cardiac transplantation or left ventricular assist device implantation were exclusion criteria.
