研究目的:

针对当前“巨大儿”比例不断攀升导致DCD患病率增高的态势,以及DCD早期诊断和成年期预后判断难以实现的瓶颈问题,项目组拟从生命早期入手,对“巨大儿”DCD发生发展至关重要的胎-婴-儿运动功能评估入手,结合宫内外生态环境因素以及影像学手段,建立生命早期“动力链”评估体系,以及运动功能-影像相结合的AI多模态预测模型,并携手前期诊断筛查技术已实现合作转化的企业,建立AI技术支撑的DCD生命早期“动力链”预测平台,为最终实现降低DCD患病率、减轻预后和社会经济负担的目标。  

Objectives of Study:

In response to the increasing proportion of "High birth weight" leading to an increase in the incidence of DCD, as well as the bottleneck problem of difficult early diagnosis and adult prognosis judgment of DCD, the project team plans to start from the early stages of life and evaluate the fetal infant infant movement function, which is crucial for the occurrence and development of "High birth weight" DCD. By combining intrauterine and extrauterine ecological environmental factors and imaging methods, the project team will establish an early life "power chain" evaluation system, as well as an AI multimodal prediction model combining motion function and imaging. Together with enterprises that have achieved cooperative transformation in early diagnosis and screening technology, the project team will establish an AI supported DCD early life "power chain" prediction platform to ultimately achieve the goal of reducing DCD incidence, reducing prognosis, and socio-economic burden.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①严重出生缺陷,早产儿,出生低体重(<2500g)或小于胎龄儿,此外,为避免混杂因素影响将巨大儿高风险孕妇但出生结局为非巨大儿者也予以排除 ②精神障碍性疾病/智力障碍或相关家族史 ③出生后严重缺血缺氧性脑病; ④儿童严重运动障碍性疾病(脑瘫、肌营养不良等) ⑤有精神心理疾患,正在服用精神类药物

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with severe birth defects, premature infants, infants born with low birth weight (<2500g) or smaller than gestational age, in addition, to avoid confounding factors, high-risk pregnant women with macrosomia but non macrosomia birth outcomes are also excluded; 2. Patients with mental disorders/intellectual disabilities or related family history; 3.Patients with severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy after birth; 4.Patients with severe motor disorders in children (cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, etc.); 5. Patients with mental illness and currently taking psychotropic drugs.
