研究目的：

探讨SIC患者CRRT非计划下机前12h体外循环管路和滤器内凝血程度以及压力参数的变化趋势；探究体外循环管路与滤器凝血程度及压力参数对压力时间变化曲线角度升高的预测价值；分析SIC患者CRRT中体外循环管路和滤器内血栓形成速率曲线对CRRT上机时长的关系，探讨对SIC患者CRRT抗凝管理的启示，为SIC患者CRRT过程中非计划下机的预警监测提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the changes in the degree of coagulation within the extracorporeal circuit and filter, as well as the trends in pressure parameters, during the 12 hours preceding unplanned discontinuation of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) in patients with Sepsis-Induced Coagulopathy (SIC); to explore the predictive value of the coagulation degree in the extracorporeal circuit and filter and the pressure parameters for the rising angle of the pressure-time change curve; to analyze the relationship between the thrombus formation rate curve in the extracorporeal circuit and filter during CRRT and the duration of CRRT operation in SIC patients, and to discuss its implications for anticoagulation management in CRRT for SIC patients, so as to provide references for early warning monitoring of unplanned discontinuation during CRRT in SIC patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.治疗过程中自动出院或死亡； 2.因患者抢救或设备故障等非体外循环凝血导致的治疗终止； 3.行血液灌流、血浆置换、人工肝血液净化及各种组合式治疗。 对照组排除标准同病例组。

Exclusion criteria：

​Exclusion Criteria:​​ 1. Patients who were discharged automatically (against medical advice) or died during the treatment; 2.Treatment termination due to non-extracorporeal circuit coagulation reasons, such as patient resuscitation or equipment failure; 3.Patients undergoing hemoperfusion, plasma exchange, artificial liver blood purification, or various combined therapies. ​​The exclusion criteria for the control group were the same as those for the case group.​​
