研究目的：

主要目的：验证头高位+静吸复合麻醉较传统方案提升术野清晰度的优效性（界值设定：Fromme量表改善≥1级） 次要目的：量化单位时间出血量差异（目标降低≥35%），评估血流动力学稳定性（MAP波动控制在±15%基线）。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To verify the superiority of head high position combined with static inhalation anesthesia in improving surgical field clarity compared to traditional methods (threshold setting: Fromme scale improvement ≥ 1 level) Secondary objective: To quantify the difference in bleeding volume per unit time (target reduction ≥ 35%) and evaluate hemodynamic stability (MAP fluctuation controlled within ± 15% baseline).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前合并未控制的高血压（SBP>180mmHg）或心律失常； 2. 评估为困难气道； 3. 高血压控制不佳及患有严重心脏病； 4. BMI≥30 kg/m²； 5. 慢性疼痛病史或阿片类药物用药史； 6. 有肾脏、肝脏或血液功能障碍； 7. 正在服用β受体阻滞剂、镇痛剂或精神药物； 8. 其他任何导致不能配合研究的原因，例：语言理解障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative uncontrolled hypertension (SBP>180mmHg) or arrhythmia; 2. Assessment as difficult airway; 3. Poor control of hypertension and severe heart disease; 4. BMI >=30 kg/m²; 5. History of chronic pain or opioid use; 6. Has kidney, liver or blood dysfunction; 7. Currently taking beta blockers, analgesics, or psychotropic drugs; 8. Any other reasons that prevent cooperation with the research, such as language comprehension barriers, etc.
