研究目的：

构建基于目标导向理论的高龄髋关节置换术后早期下床活动方案，将方案进行应用并验证其安全性、可行性及效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Developing a goal-oriented early ambulation programme for elderly patients following hip replacement surgery, implementing the programme and validating its safety, feasibility and efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重心肺疾病及恶性肿瘤疾病的患者； 2.关节不稳、严重肌力减退及行走障碍患者； 3.发生术后感染、深静脉血栓等严重并发症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease or malignant tumours; 2. Patients with joint instability, significant muscle weakness, or walking difficulties; 3. Patients experiencing serious complications such as postoperative infection or deep vein thrombosis.
