to find prediction of Childhood asthma by nasal microbial composition of infants with early onset wheeze

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

先天性喉喘鸣、支气管异物、支气管淋巴结结核、胃食管反流、先天性呼吸系统畸形、气管软化、原发性免疫缺陷、寄生虫病及先天性心脏病等。

Exclusion criteria：

congenital laryngeal stridor, foreign body in bronchus, tuberculosis of trachebronchial lymph nodes, Gastroesophageal Reflux, congenital respiratory system abnormalities, tracheomalacia, primary immunodeficiency, parasitic diseases and congenital heart disease et al.
