研究目的：

观察洛铂(lobaplatin, LBP)或顺铂(cisplatin, DDP)分别联合依托泊苷(etoposide, VP-16)治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer, SCLC)的近期疗效、不良反应和住院情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the short-term therapeutic effect, adverse reaction and hospitalization conditions of lobaplatin plus etoposide (EL) and cisplatin plus etoposide (EP) for advanced small cell lung cancer (SCLC).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①其它严重躯体性疾病、代谢性免疫性疾病;②重要脏器如心、肝、肾功能衰竭、严重功能境紊乱;③真菌感染、出血倾向、严重粒细胞、血小板减少等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other serious disease or metabolic autoimmune disease;
(2) severe functional disorders such as heart, liver, or kidney failure or fungal infections, severe bleeding tendency, granulocytopenia, or thrombocytopenia.
