研究目的：

主要目标：通过多频率磁共振弹性成像鉴别诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤与良性肿瘤、卵巢不同病理亚型恶性肿瘤，子宫恶性肿瘤与良性肿瘤；并与常规磁共振对比诊断效能。 次要目标：通过多频率磁共振弹性成像评估卵巢、子宫恶性肿瘤疗效及预测预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objectives: to differentiate malignant and benign tumors of ovary, different pathological subtypes of malignant tumors of ovary and malignant and benign tumors of uterus by multi-frequency magnetic resonance elastography The diagnostic efficiency was compared with that of conventional MRI. Secondary objectives: to evaluate the efficacy and predict the prognosis of ovarian and uterine malignancies by multifrequency magnetic resonance elastography.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者排除标准：磁共振检查禁忌症如幽闭恐惧症、心脏起搏器；无影响盆腔成像质量的病史如子宫节育环、髋关节置换术、腰椎内固定术；图像存在伪影；检查前已有肿瘤治疗史。
2.健康志愿者排除标准： 既往子宫、宫颈或卵巢手术史；磁共振检查禁忌症如幽闭恐惧症、心脏起搏器；无影响盆腔成像质量的病史如子宫节育环、髋关节置换术、腰椎内固定术；怀孕期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria were contraindications to MRI, such as claustrophobia and artificial pacemaker, and no history of pelvic imaging problems, such as IUD, hip arthroplasty, or lumbar instrumentation;
2.Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: previous uterine, cervical, or ovarian surgery; contraindications to MRI, such as claustrophobia or artificial pacemaker; No medical history affecting the quality of pelvic imaging, such as intrauterine device, hip arthroplasty, lumbar internal fixation; women during pregnancy;
