1. 主要目的：为食管癌与消化道微生物群的研究提供可信的研究资料，进而研究食管癌与消化道微生物群的相关性。 2. 次要目的：通过研究食管癌的发病机制，探索新的诊断和治疗可能性，确定新的食管癌预后或预测指标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To provide credible research data for the study of esophageal cancer and digestive tract microbiota, and then to study the correlation between esophageal cancer and gastrointestinal microbiota. 2. Secondary objectives: To explore new diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities and determine new prognostic or predictive indicators for esophageal cancer by studying the pathogenesis of esophageal cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18 岁。 2.有痢疾、血吸虫病、肠道结核、放射性肠炎、炎症性肠病、缺血性肠炎、肠易激综合征、肠道肿瘤等消化系统疾病。 3.怀孕期或哺乳期者。 4.有严重传染病史者，如艾滋、梅毒等。 5.有严重的心、肺、肾功能障碍及代谢性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years old. 2. Dysentery, schistosomiasis, intestinal tuberculosis, radiation enteritis, inflammatory bowel disease, ischemic enteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal tumors and other digestive diseases. 3. Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 4. Those with a history of serious infectious diseases, such as AIDS, syphilis, etc. 5. Severe heart, lung, kidney dysfunction and metabolic diseases.
