研究目的：

在行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的冠心病患者中，高频QRS运动负荷参数围手术期变化对于主要不良心脏事件（MACE）的预测价值。在行经PCI的冠心病患者中，高频QRS运动负荷参数围手术期变化对于术后预后的预测价值。在行PCI治疗的冠心病患者中，建立以高频QRS运动负荷参数围手术期变化为基础的MACE预测模型。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the predictive value of perioperative changes in high-frequency QRS exercise load parameters for major adverse cardiac events (MACE) in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The predictive value of perioperative changes in high-frequency QRS exercise load parameters for postoperative prognosis in coronary heart disease patients undergoing PCI. Establish a MACE prediction model based on perioperative changes in high-frequency QRS exercise load parameters in coronary heart disease patients undergoing PCI treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）房室传导阻滞、房颤房扑、已植入起搏器、急性冠脉综合征、心源性休克、左室射血分数<40%或心衰病史（2）存在运动禁忌（如急性肺栓塞、肺梗死、严重的全身感染、严重关节病变或术中出现较严重并发症等）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Atrioventricular block, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, pacemaker implantation, acute coronary syndrome, cardiogenic shock, left ventricular ejection fraction <40% or history of heart failure (2) There are contraindications to exercise, such as acute pulmonary embolism, pulmonary infarction, severe systemic infections, severe joint lesions, or the occurrence of more serious complications during surgery.
