研究目的:

本研究旨在比较不同深蹲节奏(慢速离心、等长、快速离心)下复合式训练对下肢力量与爆发力的影响。通过为期6周的干预,分析各组在下肢最大肌力(1RM)、垂直跳跃高度(CMJ)、峰值功率、RSImod、敏捷性(V-Drill)等指标的变化,结合表面肌电信号(SEMG)和心率变异性等数据,探讨不同节奏训练的神经肌肉激活模式及对运动表现的调节机制。研究结果有助于揭示节奏训练在力量与爆发力发展中的作用,为运动员体能训练方案提供优化依据。  

Objectives of Study:

The objective of this study is to compare the effects of different squat tempos (slow eccentric, isometric, and accelerated eccentric) within a complex training framework on lower limb strength and explosive power. Over a 6-week intervention, changes in maximal strength (1RM), vertical jump height (CMJ), peak power, RSImod, and agility (V-Drill) will be evaluated. Surface electromyography (SEMG) and heart rate variability will be used to analyze neuromuscular activation patterns and physiological responses. The findings aim to clarify the role of tempo-specific training in the development of strength and power, and to provide evidence for optimizing strength and conditioning programs for athletes.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)过去 3 个月内存在严重下肢骨骼肌损伤或尚未康复者;2) 有心血管、呼吸系统或神经系统代谢性疾病(如糖尿病、高血压等)者;3) 正在服用可能影响神经肌肉功能或运动表现的药物者;4) 同时参加其他可能干扰研究结果的专项训练项目者;5)因学业、训练或其他客观原因无法完成实验流程的个体。

Exclusion criteria:

1.recent (within 3 months) severe lower-limb musculoskeletal injuries or incomplete recovery; 2.history of cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological/metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension); 3.currently taking medications that may affect neuromuscular function or exercise performance; 4.concurrent participation in other training programs that may interfere with the study outcomes; 5. inability to complete the study protocol due to academic, training, or other objective reasons.

本研究采用 计算机随机数字表法 进行分组。随机序列由课题组外独立研究人员使用 SPSS 软件(随机数生成模块)生成,并按照 1:1:1 的比例将受试者分配至慢速离心组、等长组和快速离心组。随机分组结果由不参与测试和干预的人员封存并实施,确保研究人员与受试者均不知晓分组过程,以减少选择偏倚。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

This study uses a computer-generated random number sequence for group allocation. The random sequence is generated by an independent researcher (not involved in testing or training) using SPSS software (random number generator). Participants are assigned to the Slow Eccentric Group, Isometric Group, and Accelerated Eccentric Group in a 1:1:1 ratio. The allocation sequence is concealed and implemented by a person not involved in the intervention or outcome assessment, ensuring that investigators and participants are blinded to the group assignment process to minimize selection bias.
