研究目的：

1、明确在常规吞咽训练基础上，应用rTMS联合EDP对PD患者咳嗽功能的神经调控改善吞咽功能的可行性和有效性，并且优于单独常规吞咽训练联合EDP治疗。 2、分析PD后吞咽障碍患者咳嗽功能和吞咽功能恢复的相关中枢机制，为PD后吞咽功能恢复的神经机制提供理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the feasibility and effectiveness of applying rTMS combined with EDP to improve swallowing function on the neural regulation of cough function in PD patients on the basis of conventional swallowing training, and it is better than conventional swallowing training combined with EDP treatment alone. 2. To analyze the relevant central mechanisms of cough function and swallowing function recovery in patients with post-PD dysphagia, and to provide a theoretical basis for the neural mechanism of swallowing function recovery after PD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有镇静剂、抗抑郁药或其他可能改变皮层兴奋性的药物使用史； 2.颅内金属植入物、起搏器、颅骨缺损、癫痫病史或其他不适合经颅磁刺激治疗的禁忌症； 3.慢性呼吸系统疾病或疾病史(如慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘、肺气肿)； 4.4周内有上呼吸道感染病史； 5.患者体征不平稳，存在康复训练禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of using sedatives, antidepressants, or other drugs that may alter cortical excitability; 2. Intracranial metal implants, pacemaker, skull defects, history of epilepsy, or other contraindications unsuitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment; 3. Chronic respiratory diseases or history of such diseases (e.g., chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, emphysema); 4. History of upper respiratory tract infection within the past 4 weeks; 5. Unstable patient condition, presence of contraindications to rehabilitation training.
