研究目的：

探索针对产后多因素导致腹直肌分离预后不良的的个性化预防与管理新型模式，该管理新模式旨在实现产后腹直肌分离治疗的提前介入，探寻更为高效的管理策略，以优化腹直肌分离的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring a new personalized prevention and management model for poor prognosis of rectus abdominis diastasis caused by multiple factors postpartum. This new management model aims to achieve early intervention in the treatment of postpartum rectus abdominis diastasis and to explore more efficient management strategies to optimize the treatment outcomes of rectus abdominis diastasis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.腹疝； 2.腹部手术史、腹部或骨盆外伤史； 3.有使腹内压升高的疾病或病史（如慢性咳嗽）； 4.未能完整配合完成治疗过程； 5.产后观察到明显脏器脱垂者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abdominal hernia; 2. History of abdominal surgery or abdominal or pelvic trauma; 3. Presence of diseases or medical history that increase intra-abdominal pressure (such as chronic cough); 4. Failure to fully cooperate in completing the treatment process; 5. Obvious organ prolapse observed after childbirth.
