研究目的：

比较所研究阻滞技术与传统静脉PCA镇痛的操作简易程度、有效性及安全性，从而找到一种最为理想的针对肋缘下切口的镇痛方式，提高患者术后的生活质量，提高患者的满意度，减少平均住院日，减轻患者的费用负担，节约医疗资源。  

Objectives of Study：

This research is to identify the reliability, effectiveness, operability and safety of serratus plane block mfor postoperative analgesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

( 1) 凝血功能紊乱者; ( 2) 穿刺部位有感染者; ( 3) 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；（4）患有精神疾病及无法正常交流患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with infections at the site of injection for serratus plane block, with an allergy against local anesthetic drugs, suffered from coagulopathies and pregnancy or lactation females, patients with a psychiatric disorder or communicative dysfunction were excluded from this study.
